Eminem's album delay
Eminem's album is unlikely to be released until next year.
The rapper's hotly-anticipated new record - which was originally scheduled to be available in December - has been delayed because Eminem is being too "obsessive-compulsive" about it.
A source said: "Eminem has been through a lot. He is being a perfectionist and is completely obsessive-compulsive about this album. There's a 50-50 chance it will be done by the end of this year - but most likely it'll be the first quarter of next year.
"But it's worth waiting for - it's great."
Eminem, real name Marshall Mathers, confirmed earlier this year he is working on new material, the first since his 2005 greatest hits compilation 'Curtain Call'.
He said: "I always do side projects and produce for artists on my label. I'm concentrating on my own stuff right now - just banging out tracks. The more I keep producing, the better it seems I get." International
