She’s back. SOPHIE ELLIS-BEXTOR returns with her brilliant new single “Catch You” on February 19th through Fascination Records. “Catch You” combines guitars, zingy keyboards and a hook that burrows into your brain and stays there in a three-minute spin that washes out nu-wave angular guitars with a nagging pop melody. SOPHIE has spent the past couple of years out of the limelight having baby Sonny and getting married to Richard Jones from The Feeling. Over the past year SOPHIE has been working on her third solo album “Trip The Light Fantastic” which she describes as “an invitation to dance.” SOPHIE worked with some of pop’s finest names on the album – from Cathy Dennis, who penned the lead single, to Fred Schneider from The B-52’s, Dan Gillespie Sells from The Feeling and Xenomania.
