The No. 1 lady of Crunk ‘n’ B, CIARA released her second album “The Revolution” on April 9th on LaFace/BMG Records. The album was produced by Pharrell, Rodney Jerkins, Polow and will.i.am. CIARA, one of today’s most popular young female artists, released her debut album “Goodies” in 2005 selling over three million records worldwide and achieving platinum status in the UK. Her current single “Like A Boy” is the follow-up to racy hit “Get Up” which was released last October. “Like A Boy” is an uptempo track that opens with classical strings before launching into CIARA’s distinguished funky beats. Produced by newcomer Calvo and co-produced by CIARA, the track’s infectious chorus with Timbaland style vocals have dancefloors across the UK tearing up the floor. “The Revolution” portrays an amazing two years for the gorgeous Atlanta-born CIARA who only celebrated her 21st birthday last October. “It’s called “The Evolution” because I feeling like I’m graduating to a whole new level creatively and musically.
