WINK “Higher State of Consciousness” is released digitally on July 23rd and physically on July 30th on Defected Records. It’s hard to believe that 10 year ago JOSH WINK produced what is now classed as one of the all time great techno house tracks of its time – all produced out of a 16-track bedroom studio in Philadelphia. It was in 1995 that “Higher State of Consciousness” flooded the worlds dance floors with its insane twisted sound – undoubtedly a record well ahead of its time. The track has now been remixed and modernised thanks to collaboration between the new hot Antipodean producers Dirty South and TV Rock, who have delivered an update that has fast become the “Big” record in the boxes of all the key spinners worldwide.
